Ordering:

 

Q: Which type of eyes glasses can I order?

A: You can order styled sunglasses or eyeglasses; all eyeglasses need a prescription and some of the sunglasses models can use prescription lenses (Rx) rather than standard lenses.

 

Q: What do I need to have before ordering?

A: For ordering you should have an up-to-date eyeglasses prescription. Your optician or eye doctor is required by law to provide you with your prescription. Be sure to ask for a clear and legible copy. Other than that, you should have a credit card or paypal account and accurate shipping address

 

Q: How do I place an order?

A: If you wish to order sunglasses simply browse the sunglasses category on our online catalog, select your frame and proceed to check out. Note that for some lenses you can also add prescription (Rx) lenses.  If you wish to order eyeglasses browse our categories, select your desired frame, fill in your prescription and, continue to check out.

 

Q: How do I get a prescription if I don’t have such?

A: You can get the prescription form your optician or your eye doctor; visit any of them and get an eye exam; ask them to give you a copy of your eyeglass prescription. Make sure you get a clear and legible copy, which includes also to your PD (Pupillary Distance) measurement.

 

Q. Can I use an old prescription I have or my contact lens prescription for ordering my new eyes glasses?

A. It is recommended to have a prescription that matches your current needs. Make sure not to use a prescription that is over two years old. Prescription for eyeglasses might vary from prescription for contact lenses.

 

Q: I'm having problem with reading / understanding and filling-in my prescription

A: You can email us a scanned copy to support@glassesmarket.com. our opticians will then read your prescription with no any extra charge and add the relevant data to your order details. Make sure to clearly write your full name and order number when sending your prescription.

 

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Free shipping and basic shipping rates usually do not have tracking number.

Our premium shipping support tracking number that can be checked through the customer center on our web site.

 

Q: What can I do if I made a mistake when ordering?

A: We process our orders quickly, typically within 24 hours, so it's important that you will inform us as soon as possible to support@glassesmarket.com. Make sure to add the order number

 Frames and Lenses:

 

Q. I am looking for a frame suitable for children's?

A: Although some of the smaller frames we offer may fit children faces, we do not recommend using them for children under 12 years old. Children under this age group should have a consultation with an optometrist prior or as part of acquiring eyeglasses.

 

Q: Why only some of the frames are suitable for multifocal (progressive) lenses?

A: In order for a frame to be suitable for multifocal lenses (progressive), it has to meet a certain height. Only once that requirement has been meet, we can produce multifocal lenses.

Q: What can I do if I made a mistake when ordering?

A: We process our orders quickly, typically within 24 hours, so it's important that you will inform us as soon as possible, preferably within an hour of ordering, by emailing to support@glassesmarket.com

 

Q: What if my frame needs adjustment after I receive my glasses?

A: We suggest walking into a near by optical store; in most places they will be happy to assist you free or with a small charge.

 

 

Return and Refund Policy:

 

Q. What is your returns policy?

A: We have a 30-day period, no-questions-asked, return policy. If you are unsatisfied with your glasses from any reason. Please make sure to email us before sending the glasses in order to get the return code.

 

Q: When does the 30-day period start?

A: The 30-day period starts when you receive your eyeglasses.

 

Q: Do you refund postage and packaging?

A: Sorry, we do not refund postage and/or packaging.
